one home or place; up to three periods of occupancy and ten milestones; no title search

Questions that shape your story

  1. Walk us through the place as you remember it.
  2. What changed physically, and what stayed familiar?
  3. Who used each space, and for what?
  4. Which detail is supported by a photograph, plan or record?
Fictional sample spread · all people and records invented

The Place We Called Home — a fictional sample spread

In the oldest photograph, the back step was bare. In a later one, a vine covered the rail. The family could date the photographs more reliably than the planting. Jo remembered her grandfather tying the first shoots, while her aunt believed he inherited the vine with the house. The narrative preserves both memories. It follows the rooms and the people who used them, without confusing occupancy with ownership or a family recollection with a complete building history.

This is a two-page design and writing preview, not a complete purchased edition.

Photos, files and your own voice

Choose your own permitted photos, separately approved licensed non-identifying stock, or a typography-only design. No generated identifiable people. No new stock purchase is included.

Designed PDF and accessible TXT included. A DOCX reading copy is available on request. No printed book or physical delivery is included.

Supply written answers, your existing transcript (up to null words), or your own usable MP3/M4A recording (up to 10 minutes). Save the speakers’ consent in private intake before uploading audio. Recordings are source material for the written edition. Edited original-voice audio and verbatim interview transcription use the separately purchased Interview Companion; narration of the approved history remains included.

Review, privacy and research boundaries

Paid order, private intake with your prepared text and permitted images, scope check, light copyediting and layout, private proof, one consolidated correction round, explicit approval, final private PDF and TXT delivery. Interviews, substantial rewriting, transcription and independent research are excluded. No paid research or outside expense is authorized without a separate written quote and explicit consent; the customer pays any approved provider directly.

You approve names, exclusions and the private recipients. Living subjects and contributors must permit their material and may review their contributions. Customer files use the existing private project system; public portfolio use requires separate consent. No claim of a verified event is made from a recollection alone.

New narration is not included. You may supply a permitted recording with its matching transcript as reference material; no voice cloning or paid transcription is ordered.

Standard: one consolidated revision within the purchased scope. Expanded new editions: two. A new subject, substantial new source material or a later change of direction requires a separate accepted quote. No interview scheduling, travel, printing, archive fee, legal advice or guaranteed discovery is included.

The existing Signature Plate remains an optional separately priced physical upgrade with its own proof, approval and U.S. delivery restrictions.
