It would not establish that the same person worked behind the counter throughout the decade. The history preserves the remembered routine while checking names, locations and business dates as separate claims. Evidence and source treatment Newspaper advertisements can support a store's name, address and advertised goods on a particular date. They do not establish all of its years of operation. This is an illustrative excerpt with invented personal circumstances. A purchased edition replaces these with the customer's permitted memories and checked sources.
